Texas Governor Rick Perry flatly rejects any move to legalize pot in the Lone Star State. Appearing on CNN's State of the Union with a panel of governors - Perry says he doesn't support legalizing marijuana for recreational use. He says 'What we've done in the state of Texas - about a decade ago - is started looking at adjusting the penalties for criminal usage of marijuana.'
