At least three people have died in a fire that destroyed a Jersey Shore motel early today.
Eight others were hurt and 10 people are unaccounted for.
Fire officials say they don't know what caused the early-morning fire at the Mariner's Cove Motor Inn in Point Pleasant Beach.
A town resident says the two-story motel went up in flames "very, very fast."
The motel housed some victims of superstorm Sandy.
