A 19-year-old UC Berkeley student has been charged with six misdemeanor counts of invading privacy for allegedly shooting several cellphone videos of women showering in dormitories, campus police said.
Jason Do was arrested earlier this month. Police said the first incident occurred on March 15th when a woman who was showering at the dormitory looked up and saw two hands holding a cellphone above her shower stall. The woman screamed and heard the suspect run away. The second, similar incident was on April 2nd.
University police said they believe there are multiple victims. Do was arrested on suspicion of unlawful peeking with an electronic device.
