The Winchester Mystery House in San Jose has just been granted permission to allow overnight stays in the house, along with the right to sell alcohol throughout the property.

The target audience probably won't be traditional travelers, but rather those who want the full Winchester Mystery House experience.

The popular tourist attraction was built by Sarah Winchester, the widow of the heir to the Winchester rifle fortune, who believed that she was haunted by the spirits of native Americans killed by the infamous rifle.

It has over 160 rooms meant to confuse and distract the spirits.
