Linda Pinkston, 32, was sitting the parking lot of Aleco Electric around 9:30 when she was shot in the head.
Yolo County authorities told the Daily Democrat they believed the shooter was Pinkston's ex-boyfriend or husband and are looking for him as a possible suspect.
Yolo County authorities describe the shooter as a black man, 5'10" tall, weighing 180 pounds. The gunman was seen getting into a tan vehicle after the shooting.
Pinkston was airlifted from the scene to U.C. Davis Medical Center, where she later died from her injuries.
