(Washington, DC)  --  The head of the NAACP is stepping down at the end of the year.  The civil rights group saysBenjamin Jealous is leaving the president's post on December 31st.  Jealous, who was just 35 when he was named to lead the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, is credited with rebuilding the organization.  He told "The Washington Post" he's proud of his five years with the group, but he wants to spend more time with his two young children.
