Attorney General: California 'Not In The Business Of Deportation'

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra says the state is "not in the business of deportation."  Speaking yesterday on ABC's "This Week," the state's top attorney said he'd continue to ignore a White House letter demanding California and others work with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to enforce immigration law or risk losing federal funds.

Becerra reiterated that the state will work to keep families together because the U.S. Constitution gives states the right to decide how to police its citizens.
