Attorney General Jeff Sessions seeming to draw a line in the sand today during his speech to California law enforcement officials.
The nation's attorney general making it very clear that California officials he says are acting to obstruct federal immigration enforcement with state policies to protect illegal immigrants are on the wrong side of the law.
"So that's why the Department filed a suit against the state of California," explains Sessions. "To invalidate these unjust laws."
Sessions saying that California is doing everything it can to prevent immigration officers from carrying out their duties..
"You can be sure I will use every power I have to stop that," says Sessions.
Sessions insisting the federal will win this fight.
