Three Arrested For Shooting Death Of Lodi Doctor

Three men were arrested this week in connection with the shooting death of a retired Lodi doctor. 

79-year-old Robert Lee and 26-year-old Christopher Costello were arrested Tuesday. Lee was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and soliciting to commit murder. Costello was booked into the Lodi City Jail on murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges.

The third man, 27-year-old Mallory Stewart, was arrested today and booked into the Lodi City Jail on murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges. 

Dr. Thomas Shock was shot to death in his home in August. He had recently retired after a 33-year career as a podiatrist.
