  1. Governor Newsom is expected to sign a bill into law today that will give fast food workers in the state a minimum wage of 20-dollars an hour. A government appointed Fast Food Council recommended the higher wages. The governor will be joined by hundreds of fast food workers and union leaders to sign the bill into law.   2. In Simi Valley, Califorina last night, Republican primary candidates joined together for the second televised debate. Governor Gavin Newsom was there as support for the Democratic side.
