The California State Archives Wants To Document Your COVID-19 Story

The California State Archives wants to record for posterity your thoughts has how the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has affected your life. The name of the project is “California COVID-19 Archive.”

You're able share your experience by answering a few questions online. They've also laid out some information about the project at CaliforniaCOVID19archive.sos.ca.gov.

“Documenting our experience during this pandemic will be an important and valuable resource for future Californians,” Secretary of State Alex Padilla said. “We encourage members of the public to share their stories with us through the California COVID-19 Archive and to participate in similar projects taking place across the state.”

The goal is to provide future generations with a better understanding of what it was like to live through the pandemic. Public submissions might be shared on the online California COVID-19 Archive collection webpage.
