The Wide Open Walls Mural Festival starts tomorrow in Sacramento. Licensed Disney fine artist Stephanie Taylor will be refreshing her original artwork that has been hanging on the side of the Railroad Museum since 1999. Stephanie will be on a lift painting tomorrow morning and Old Sacramento visitors can watch her in action.
