California Senator and 2020 presidential candidate Kamala Harris is admitting to smoking marijuana in her younger days. The Democrat was on a New York based radio show Monday morning and said she smoked pot "a long time ago," adding "yes, I did inhale."
She also told the host of the show that she believes weed should be legal because it brings a lot of people joy and she says we need more joy in the world. However, Harris avoided answering directly a question about weather or not she would smoke now if marijuana was made legal nationally.
