U.S. Supreme Courts Hands Trump Immigration Detention Victory

On Tuesday the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Trump and his immigration policy that gives the government leeway to detain immigrants awaiting deportation anytime after they have completed prison terms for criminal convictions.

The Supreme Court ruled 5-4, with the conservative judges ruling in favor of the Trump policy and the liberal judges voting in disagreement with the policy.

Do you agree with the Supreme Court ruling? Do you think detaining a person indefinitely is against the Due Process clause of the constitution?
