Mental Health Help During the Coronavirus Pandemic is Available

During this time of social distancing and isolation, many Sacramento County residents are seeing an impact on their physical and mental well-being. Many of us may be experiencing increased levels of stress, anxiety and worry, and it is important that community members know they aren’t alone, and that there are resources available to help them.
