U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein isn't planning to leave the Senate early.
Feinstein said this week she hasn't thought about retiring before her term ends in 2024. In an interview with the LA Times, she spoke out against those criticizing her job performance and questioning her age. Feinstein shared, "I don't feel my cognitive abilities have diminished. Do I forget something sometimes? Quite possibly." She is the Senate's oldest member at 87.
