California is ranked worst in the nation for migrational growth in 2020.
This is according to U-Haul's list of states and cities with the most incoming residents. The Bay Area is struggling the most with departures, making up 58% of all one-way traffic from March to June. Data shows many Bay Area residents are moving to the Sacramento and Roseville area. Sacramento ranked eleven out of 25 on the city list.
