A judge is temporarily blocking a convicted sexual predator from moving to Wilton.
This is after a rural Elk Grove community refused to allow Dariel Shazier to move into their neighborhood. CBS13 reports Shazier's last known address is in Del Paso Heights, but officials notified residents last month he has applied to rent a home in Wilton. Residents are protesting his move because of his history of violent sex crimes against children. They are also concerned for the children living in the perimeter of his new address.
