Police are investigating a crash last night in Sacramento that left a homeless man injured.
The Sacramento Fire Department reports a car crashed into a strip mall on Stockton Boulevard near Fruitridge Road. Officials say the man was sitting up against the building under the awning when the car crashed. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver involved was not hurt, but the crash caused damage to a vacant storefront and an adjacent building.
