Placerville council members are revisiting the topic of its controversial city logo.
The logo, sporting a noose in its background, has been up for debate, but COVID-19 restrictions have made it difficult for the city to find a way to include the community's input. Now, the city council is prioritizing the issue so it doesn't get overlooked. Councilmember Michael Saragosa says the council will be looking for ways to include public comment safely amid the pandemic like hosting a series of virtual or in-person community conversations.
