Sacramento-area event planners are considering buying rapid COVID-19 tests in bulk for their clients' events.
California Events Coalition is looking into the Sienna COVID-19 antigen rapid test made by an Australian company that can produce test results within 10 minutes. Coalition founder and local event planner Kate Whelan says she's preparing for the possibility that rapid COVID-19 testing might be required by the state before entering large events.
