The family of a 30-year-old Northern California man say police kneeling on his neck led to his death.
The family of Angelo Quinto filed a wrongful death suit last week saying a member of the Antioch Police Department kneeled on his neck for nearly five minutes during a mental health episode. Quinto lost consciousness and was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Antioch Police have not issued a press release regarding the incident. His cause of death is still pending according to the county coroner's office.
