Systems are back online for the state Employment Development Department.
Sources with the EDD tell KCRA-3 that they had major outages yesterday afternoon, affecting customers all across California. Two of many systems that went down include Unemployment Insurance and Unemployment Benefit Services. Everything was back online in about one hour.
