Georgia Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene called for a "motion to adjourn" the House. That has prompted a vote by all members. Votes take up considerable time due to COVID restrictions in the House Chamber. The nearly $2 trillion measure includes direct relief checks of $1,400 dollars to Americans under certain income levels. It also extends unemployment benefits amid the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
