A Folsom restaurant owner is gaining national attention after posting a "slow service sign" explaining why orders have been taking a bit longer as the pandemic rolls on, but places are opening up. The sign is posted for all to see at Taco Loco. It reads: "Sadly, due to government and state handouts no one wants to work anymore. Therefore, we are short staffed." The sign goes on to ask for patience with the staff that "did choose to come to work today." This is a reflection of the overwhelming demand on restaurant workers right now as the customer demand increases and restaurants are having a hard time staffing their businesses.
