Mayor Darrell Steinberg held a press conference this morning to talk about safety in the city . The Sacramento City Council will vote Tuesday, Oct. 19 on the first line-item investments from the City’s American Relief Plan funding, including $8.2 million to help small businesses citywide and $5 million for security cameras, lighting and other improvements for Old Sacramento.
