Sacramento Police are announcing the arrest of a second suspect in Sunday morning's mass shooting.

He's identified as 27-year-old Smiley Martin, the brother of the first suspect, Dandrae Martin. Smiley Martin was among those found wounded at the scene and is hospitalized, and faces charges of possession of a machine gun and being a person prohibited from possessing any firearm. Dandrae Martin is also charged with firearms offenses and assault. As of now, neither is charged with murder.

Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert reported in a statement posted online Monday that Martin has not been charged with a homicide, and she believes authorities would take more people into custody - "The investigation is highly complex involving many witnesses, videos of numerous types and significant physical evidence," Schubert said. "This is an ongoing investigation and we anticipate more arrests in this case."

6 people were killed, and a dozen wounded during the shooting in Sacramento's downtown entertainment district just after the bars closed Sunday morning.
