Restaurant owner Matthew Oliver believes he's being targeted by Governor Newsom and state regulators for refusing to comply with all of the Governor's orders during the pandemic. Oliver has been hit with 13 citations from California state regulators dating back to the beginning of the pandemic. Now, those state regulators are threatening to shut down his restaurant for 30 days, which Oliver says could put him out of business.
