This comes after uproar on social media Wednesday alleging charges had been dropped due to his status and familial connections. The Napa County DA says her office has not decided what charges, if any Pelosi will face, but the process will continue. His court date has been set for August 3rd at 8:30 a.m. If charges are filed, he will be arraigned that day. - PG&E officials warning of power outages this weekend due to the triple digit heat. Local cooling centers are opening around the area to help those exposed to the elements cool off and receive water. A spare the air warning has also been issued. Officials say smog accumulations will be high, with a heat advisory and triple-digit temperatures for the interior valleys. - More than a dozen fast food workers in California arrested after going on strike Thursday. This strike took place in San Diego outside of the Jack in the Box headquarters while workers were protesting in support of AB 257 which workers say will give them a voice over issues like wage theft and working conditions. 14 people were arrested after blocking an intersection, which police declared unlawful.
