Rain Helps Push Mosquito Fire Containment To Nearly 50%

Crews are hoping for more progress today on the state's biggest wildfire this year. After two weeks, they still only have it 49% contained despite recent rain in Northern California. Nearly all evacuations in Placer and El Dorado County were lifted, and only about 250 people are waiting to return. Officials say the 76,290 acre fire destroyed 78 structures, with nearly 2,400 others still in danger.
