Two people were seen stealing bags from Sacramento International Airport according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department. A spokesperson for the department says they have footage of four people, two men and two women, looking around the baggage claim area around 4:30 am Monday. Monday was a rush of holiday travelers and severe delays and cancellations from the Southwest Airlines issued. One of the women left with two suitcases and got into a white Dodge pickup truck with the other three people. They were seen rummaging through the bags and dumping things they didn't want. Thousands of bags are sitting in baggage claim after the latest storm caused flight cancelations across the country.
