Help With Keeping Those New Year Resolutions

Every year, 38.5% of US adults set New Year’s resolutions, but only a small margin will maintain them throughout the year. In fact, a new study shows that 23% quit in the first week, and only 36% make it past the first month. Health-related topics are the most common New Year’s resolutions among all genders – and the real challenge with keeping resolutions often stems from committing to change without a clear reason why.
