Mayor Darrell Steinberg announced Wednesday at his second of three State of the City panels the fire department will form a group called the Incident Management Team.   4. There are growing indications former President Trump will surrender this evening on election interference charges in Georgia. The FAA has issued temporary flight restrictions around the Fulton County Jail between 6-and-9 PM Eastern today. Security around the jail is tight and barricades are in place awaiting his arrival.
