  1. While Sacramento City leaders have recently reported that violent crime has fallen 19% recent statistics also show Sacramento is one of the worst U.S. cities when it comes to retail crime. The National Retail Federation looked at where that type of crime is the worst. Sacramento came in at number seven. Tied with Chicago. LA and San Francisco are first and second.   2. The Sacramento Bee is reporting that sources have told them Sacramento City Council member Sean Loloee will not seek re-election. He is also saying he will not resign amid calls for the councilman to step down. Click here to read more.

Placer County is filing murder charges against a suspected Fentanyl dealer in what will be the fourth case of it's kind in Placer County. 42-year-old Brandon Garner is facing murder charges, accused of selling Fentanyl which resulted in a persons death.
