  2. The Diocese of Sacramento says they will be filing for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Bishop Jamie Soto told parishioners, employees and community partners they will file by March of 2024.   3. Starting next year, most workers in California will be protected from using cannabis off the clock. The Assembly Bill expands the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.
