At BuildStrong Academy,. young adults receive a free 12-week training course that gives them the carpentry skills they need to obtain an entry-level job in the industry. The program is operated by the Home Builders Institute (HBI), a national nonprofit, in partnership with the North State Building Industry Foundation (NSBIF).
