Sacramento Insider Amanda Blackwood Encourages Sacramentans to Vote

Listen: Sacramento Insider, former Pres. and CEO of the Sacramento Chamber of Commerce

California is bracing for what could be a low voter turnout. Experts say it's possible to fall under 30-percent for next week's presidential primary. As of Saturday, only seven-percent of 22-million ballots had been returned. Compare that to 2022, when 250-thousand had been received by now. Of course, there's still time for ballots to be mailed back or dropped off before next Tuesday. Early in-person voting is also underway in several counties. Blackwood is advocating voters being engaged in helping to shape Sacramento for the better.

Amanda Blackwood is the former Pres and CEO of the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce.
