Sacramento Attorney Finds Legal and Procedural Concerns with Measure C

Sacramento attorney Tiffany Clark says she found substantive, procedural, and legal concerns with Proposition C which is on the ballot in Sacramento.

She also wrote letters to all four major Sacramento Mayoral candidates to oppose Measure C and Clark says they all now oppose it.
