Beverly Hills is using technology to fight crime that no other department is using including drones responding to calls before officers can get there, a high-tech command center watching with thousands of cameras, virtual police officers, and a system called StarChase that launches a GPS tracker from a patrol car onto a fleeing vehicle to watch their whereabouts electronically instead of chasing them.
