Men Arrested for Stealing Homeland Security Security Kristi Noem's Purse

A second suspect accused of stealing the Gucci bag belonging to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is under arrest in Miami Beach. Christian Sanzana appeared in bond court earlier today. He had a fake California ID and an immigration hold, according to authorities. The first suspect -- a Chilean national who was also in the country illegally -- was arrested this past weekend. Noem's bag was taken from a restaurant in Washington, D.C. It had her wallet, apartment keys,
