Sen Niello's SB 84 Targets Frivolous ADA Lawsuits

Senate Bill 84 is a bipartisan bill with five joint authors that would create a “right to cure” opportunity for businesses to fix construction-related deficiencies. SB 84 grants businesses the ability to fix a disparity and increase access for people with disabilities while reducing lawsuit abuse that harms businesses.
