Two levees have been breached in the Thornton area. KFBK news partner KCRA 3, reporting from Live Copter Three, showed both breaches with water flowing over the levees in the Grizzy Slough area south of New Hope Road. The area is mostly agricultural with vineyards and is not threatening homes.
