Lt. Gov. Newsom: Oroville Dam Neglected Due to Money

California Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom and emergency operation officials met with residents at an evacuation center in Woodland, about 80 miles south of the Oroville Dam on Tuesday.

In an interview on News Radio KFBK Newsom said failure to upgrade the emergency spillway at the dam comes down to money or lack of same.
