A bird's eye from the carnival SkyRide offers a look at the food stands and carnival games below, and touring the grounds you will find plenty of new and unique displays.
The Fair's Margaret Mohr says you'll also have a chance to make some new friends. "Drip and drop, they are otters." David Jackson adds, "(they are) two boys that just like to be like cartoon figures." Jackson invites you to the Whale Tale exhibit where the California Coastal Commission is showing off sea life, an endangered pelican and a bald eagle!If you're a a fan of wine, the State Fair has a special class just for you. "You get to hear about the different kinds of wines and why the taste the way they do," said Mohr.
