SBA Is Looking for Attorneys and Loan Officers for Harvey Relief

For people recovering from disasters like the one unfolding in Texas, the Small Business Administration makes low interest loans available. And their looking for people to help process those requests.

Rick Jenkins with the SBA says many people affected by the disaster don't have flood insurance, which can mean a lot of out of pocket costs.

"We have numerous immediate temporary openings for business and home loan officers and attorneys to help the survivors if the hurricane."

And with that kind of stress, sometimes people can become overwhelmed.

"We'll walk you through every one of those loan closing documents," says Rick. "You'll understand exactly what it is you're borrowing."

Loan officers are needed in Citrus Heights with experience evaluating financial information and determining credit worthiness.  Attorneys with real estate experience are needed as well.
