"Pharma Bro" Martin Shkreli is being sentenced to seven years in prison on security fraud charges.
The 34-year old was convicted last year of cheating investors in two failed hedge funds. Today, he made a tearful apology to the judge inside the courtroom.
He's already been ordered to give up over $7-million in assets.
Shkreli is best known for raising the price of a drug for AIDS treatment by more than 5,000%.
