A mobile home in Foresthill has gone up in flames after a man in a standoff with police barricaded himself inside and set fire to his home.
Placer County Sheriff's deputies were serving a search warrant at the home around 8:30 this morning when deputies say the suspect barricaded himself inside and started a fire.
The suspect opened fire on deputies, but none were injured or hit. Deputies didn't fire back.
No evacuations have been made at this time and a special enforcement team has a perimeter set up around the home.
