One man is dead and a gunman critically injured following an apparent attempted murder-suicide in Olivehurst.
The incident happened around 12:30 yesterday afternoon at the Tower Mart gas station parking lot on McGowan Parkway.
The gunman opened fire on the victim, who ran through the nearby Dollar General store before collapsing from his wounds and then the gunman shot himself.
The incident remains under investigation.
