SW Flight and Another Flight's Captain gets Sucked Out of Plane

Southwest Airlines is expressing its sympathy after a passenger was killed in a mid-flight accident Tuesday.  Jennifer Riordan of Albuquerque, New Mexico was pulled partway out a window shattered by shrapnel from an exploding engine at 23-thousand feet.

Another passenger pulled her back into the plane. Riordan's death marks the first death of a passenger because of an aircraft incident in Southwest's 51-year history.
