A documentary about the 13 siblings found in what's being called the "house of horrors" in Southern California will be out soon.
Louise Turpin is the mother of the siblings and is currently behind bars on a mountain of charges, along with her husband.
Her sister, Teresa Robinette, is part of the new documentary on Oxygen called "The Turpin 13: Family Secrets Exposed." Robinette tells Fox News Louise had a normal childhood, but noticed a change in her behavior around 2010 when she cut ties with the church.
The 13 siblings are in protective custody now after being found malnourished, kept from showering or bathrooms and some chained to furniture.
